This version is not a FINAL version , loading is slow and it contains a lot of bugs =/ .
I have create this location with some building that I have found on google sketchup but they are not very well made (not only polys ---> the game is Slow)
Unfortunately I don't have the time (and maybe the envy) to work on this map a this time.
So I have included the 3D file in the rar if someone want to improve it ...
There is a lot of thing to do like :
-- Find something better for the floor
-- Finish to modelise the palace hotel
-- modelise more building
-- Improve mesh of the existant building (or remodelise it
)-- adding some detail like trees ...
I have not decided to give up this project but I just want to pause . I prefere to Focus on Bispen for Volo (maybe make BASE version ?
) And try to Finish Asgard my initial project 
(with the new version of the exporter that smilediver have made it will be better)C ya my friends
EDIT: I have forget to say that you need to install the B.A.S.E. eXtreme Edition patch to play the map
